Turmeric Tea

2 cups of water

1 Tablespoon Nutmeg Syrup or Honey

Juice of 1/2 Lemon


You can choose between lemon juice and milk. Boil the turmeric powder and ginger powder for approx. 10 minutes. Adding a touch of pepper is believed to cause better absorption of the curcumin the body. Cayenne pepper is recommended
