Products are usually processed same-day, as long as payment has cleared (Electronic payments clear immediately). 

Typically products are sent via United States Post Office (USPS), heavy orders may be sent via United Parcel Service (UPS).

Confirmation is emailed after an order is successfully placed, after it has been processed and again after it has been shipped. 

Typically USA orders are delivered within 2 days if PRIORITY MAIL is chosen or within 5-7 days if FIRST CLASS or PARCEL POST is chosen.

We take care to wrap all fragile items, and clearly label to illustrate Fragile and / or liquid. 

If you have any damages, please bring it to the carrier’s attention immediately and if possible take a photo that we can use to lay claim on your behalf. 

Thankfully the USPS has been very efficient and we have an extremely small almost insignificant history of delivery problems.
